Pool Rules

Rule #1
|
All players will pick the winner of each game and a Monday night total score for
each week of the pool.
|
|
|
|
Rule #2
|
Players picks must be submitted from this website. Picks will NOT be accepted
by any other method including e-mail or phone.
|
|
|
|
Rule #3
|
Picks for Sunday and Monday games are all due 1 hour before the kickoff of the earliest
Sunday game. (i.e. when kickoff of the earliest game is at 1:00 PM EST, picks would
be due by 12:00 noon EST)
For any games played prior to Sunday, picks for that day only are due 1 hour
before kick off of the first game played on that day. In the case of the American
Thanksgiving, you must pick all 3 games for that day, 1 hour prior to kick off the
first game (i.e. 11:30 AM EST when kickoff is 12:30 for the first game of the day).
The same applies for any other weeks where games are played on Thursday and Saturday
with picks due 1 hour prior to the first game of the day, and the balance of your
picks not due until 1 hour before kickoff of the earliest game on Sunday.
NOTE: There are no exceptions to this rule

Rule #4
|
Players may change their picks for the current week as many times as they require,
from the pick sheet, up until one hour before
the scheduled kickoff of the first game of the day, as noted in #3.

|
Rule #5
|
Players that don't submit their picks for Sunday and Monday games in time will be
given the lowest score of the week minus one.
|
|
|
|
Rule #6
|
Scoring method is non-spread, the winning pick is the team that wins the game, in
case of a tie both teams are considered the losing pick.
|
|
REGULAR SEASON WINNERS
|
|
|
|
|
Weekly
|
A weekly prize will be awarded to the player with the most correct picks in the
week. Monday night total score will be used for tie breakers with the closest score
over or under winning. In the event of a further tie, those players in the tie will
split the prize.
The total prize to be won per week is $50.
|
|
|
|
Season
|
1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded at the end of the regular season
to the 3 players with the most correct picks for the entire season. The Monday night
average will NOT be used to determine the season winner. If two or more players
are tied for total season correct picks then those players will split the prize.
This year, the winnings will be disbursed in the following manner:
1st Place: $1325
2nd Place: $725
3nd Place: $250
